Duvenbeck as contractor: We work exclusively on the basis of the 2017 German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp2017), supplemented by the General Terms and Conditions for Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Freight Services (GTC for Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Freight Services).

Note: In § 23, the ADSp 2017 deviate from the statutory provisions with regard to maximum liability for damages (§ 431 HGB) in that liability for multimodal transport, including sea transport and unknown location of damage, is limited to 2 SDR/kg and otherwise to the standard liability of 8 33 SDR/kg plus EUR 1.25 million per claim and EUR 2.5 million per damage event, but at least 2 SDR/kg.
