We took a further step towards implementing our growth plans in February of this year with the acquisition of Schotpoort Logistics. Good news now from the Netherlands. The supervisory authorities there have now finally given the go-ahead for the takeover.
This means that Schotpoort Logistics will become an integral part of the Duvenbeck Group with effect from April 15 of this year and the path towards industry diversification and network expansion in the Benelux region is now clear. We are particularly pleased that Fred Schotpoort, his management team and the employees will remain on board and support Duvenbeck's new activities in Benelux with their know-how and experience.
