With the acquisition of the Duvenbeck Group, L.I.T. is further expanding its automotive logistics business and extending its regional reach into Southern and Eastern Europe, alongside its existing strong presence in Northern and Western Europe. L.I.T.’s industry expertise and Duvenbeck’s experience and specialisation are to be combined to drive the strategic development and consolidate existing foundations.

Simeon Breuer, Member of the Executive Board of the L.I.T. Like our major customers in automotive logistics, we are convinced that Duvenbeck and L.I.T. complement each other extremely well. At the same time, it is clear that the Duvenbeck Group is in the midst of an ongoing strategic development and restructuring process, which will be resolutely continued together with L.I.T. On this basis, we intend to create, step by step, the conditions for building shared synergies.’

‘With the L.I.T. Group, we are gaining a future owner that knows the industry and shares our ambitions. Together, we intend to systematically expand Duvenbeck’s strengths in Road and PCL, particularly in automotive logistics,’ said Richard Hell, Interim CEO of the Duvenbeck Group.
