Expansion far beyond the borders

To cope with the huge volumes, growth was urgently needed in the Czech Republic as well.

The Volduchy site was virtually bursting at the seams. Duvenbeck Logistik has been providing regional forwarding services for Daimler AG here since 1996. New client MAN came along at the end 2006. With the persistently high volumes, it was just a matter of time until a new hall would have to be built. The work on the new building began on 25 June 2012, covering 1,800m² which increased the total space to 5,000m². In addiction to extra cargo handling space, capacities for loading and unloading lorries at the same time are set to grow several times over after completion.

The final approval for the new hall took place on 9 November 2012 and it was operated for the first time right away on 10 November 2012. Looking back, it is hard to believe that the new 1,800m² were built in a mere three months and are already meeting every requirement of operations today. All of this is again thanks only to precise planning and motivated employees. Duvenbeck Group therefore remains perfectly positioned in the Czech Republic as well.
