Academy

Skilled employees are the greatest asset there is. This is why building and expanding knowledge is part of our corporate culture. To this end, we have established our own Academy. The academy has set itself the with the target to be equipped for the planned growth of the Duvenbeck group of companies to attract and qualify staff.

We achieve this through:
- education
- further training
- study

The Duvenbeck academy is intended for all employees from all european countries, both in the commercial, business and operational sectors.

To simplify we divide the academy in a commercial and business academy.

BUSINESS
Dual study:
Das duale Studium findet aktuell in Kooperation mit der IUBH Bad-Honnef (International University of Applied Sciences), mit der DHBW Lörrach (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg), mit der WH Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, Recklinghausen (Westfälische Hochschule) sowie der FH Gütersloh (Fachhochschule Bielefeld) statt. 

The dual degree program is currently in cooperation with the IUBH Bad-Honnef (International University of Applied Sciences), the Cooperative State University Loerrach (Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University), with the WH Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, Recklinghausen (Westfälische Hochschule) and the FH Gütersloh (Fachhochschule Bielefeld).

The Duvenbeck Group has registered as a cooperation partner for the students who are trained during the practical phases in our company.

COMMERCIAL
The commercial academy offers advanced training on the topics of logistics and freight forwarding to employees, from which our partner companies can also benefit. The training program in accordance with the Goods Vehicle Drivers' Qualification Act (BKrFQG) covers the following five modules:

  • Module 1: Eco training
  • Module 2: (Social) regulations for freight transport
  • Module 3: Safety technology and driving safety
  • Module 4: The driver as an intermediary; service provider, image-shaper, professional
  • Module 5: Load security

You can be sure that you will receive an equally excellent standard of service from every member of staff, wherever you are.
