Academy

Our skilled employees are our biggest asset. Consequently, building on and expanding knowledge is part of our information culture. We have set up our own Academy for this purpose, which provides further training to employees on the subjects of logistics and haulage, and from which partner organisations can also benefit. The training program in accordance with the German law on the initial qualification and periodic training for professional drivers (BKrFQG) contains the following five modules:

• Module 1: Eco-training
• Module 2: (Social) legislation for goods transport
• Module 3: Safety technology and driving safety
• Module 4: The driver’s central role: service provider, image ambassador, professional
• Module 5: Loading safety

Training at the Duvenbeck Academy is supported by the Federal Office for Goods Transport. Consequently, up to 70% of the eligible costs can be reimbursed.
