Responsibility

Quality and sustainability are a major priority at Duvenbeck. Official proof of this is provided by the certificates issued in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 or the environmental certificate in accordance with DIN ISO 14001:2004. We have filed all the certificates for you here.

At the same time, these high demands on one’s own services are perceptible in all areas. Whether with regard to the selection of IT systems or its own vehicle fleet, with approximately 1,000 of its own HGVs, the striking feature of which is the modernity  of the fleet and its equipment. Or the compliance with the quality management system or the regular meetings of the quality assurance circle.

An essential guarantee of refined services is qualified employees. Duvenbeck therefore focuses on experienced employees with sector expertise and ensures this itself. As a provider of vocational training in accordance with the German law on the initial qualification and periodic training for professional drivers (BKrFQG), young people are developed into skilled employees here.

Furthermore, through its own Academy, Duvenbeck takes care of the further training of its own employees and those of partner companies.
